As a thank you to many of the media support to Coffee Mountain, a dinner gathering was co-held in Ocean Three.
The dinner kicked off by the most signature pairing of the year: Snow Mountain Oystermate Aperitif ice coffee, and then the fresh oysters by Ocean Three. It was then followed by the great slow cook dishes by Chef Dion Liu, including meatballs, Pork Knuckle and dry-aged steak, paired by Oystermate Digestif ice coffee in serving; the coffee successfully geared up the taste bud for the best sensing of all the goodness in the banquet, making it the new favorite choice of food pairing beverage for non-alcoholic drinkers.
